A Fairytale New Year's in 3 Acts


Act I

Cocktail party from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm with open champagne


Start your festive evening in the warm atmosphere of the Garden, around the fountain adorned with lanterns, while enjoying glasses of champagne and culinary animations with music by "The Big Lebowswing". Four talented musicians combine their energy and style to reinterpret your favourite classics during the aperitif and dinner.


Act II

3-course dinner from 8pm to midnight


Starter

  • Ravioli with wild mushrooms, hazelnuts and glazed pumpkin, cappuccino of foie gras

  • Carpaccio of scallops, green apple and basil marinade, crunchy tuile

Main

  • Seared Scallops, truffled leeks with coastal flavours

  • Beef fillet cooked in a casserole, truffled mashed potatoes for 2 persons

Dessert

  • Le croquant, meringue and clementine, notes of nougat and sweet spices

  • Alliance of Piedmont hazelnuts and lemon


Act III

From 10pm

Prolong the magic of New Year's Eve until the end of the night at the Martinez Club in the prestigious salon Le Festival. Enjoy more champagne and sweet treats while you dance the night away to trendy vinyl mixes played by DJ 33 Tours...

8-course New Year's Eve Dinner at Le Palme d'Or **

Glam it up at the only 2-Michelin star restaurant in Cannes, Le Palme d'Or. The intricately designed menu was created with the residents masters, Head Chef Christian Sinicropi, Pastry Chef Julien Ochando, and Head Sommelier Dominique Vion.

The renown Sunday family Brunch at the Hotel Martinez Plage is gorgeous all year round, but the special New Year's Day brunch will wow you even more. On the menu:
